Hailing from the chilly vast land of Poland, Vader is a band who are nearly 40 years active; and this spring they will be releasing their 17th full length album and they have shown no signs of letting up. We sat with drummer James Stewart, who is the beast in the back seat with his most hard-hitting drumming technicality.

Out in Finland, the heavy metal culture is alive and well. During their North American tour with Delain and Anneke van Giersbergen, IUF got the chance to sit with frontman Tomi Joutsen of Amorphis in Dallas, and it was nothing short of spectacular.

We are thankful to have the opportunity to interview the talented Kobra Paige of Kobra and the Lotus during their Dallas date with Sebastian Bach. Even with a power outage, a few tornadoes, and the show getting called off, she still got back on stage with her bandmates to sing for the fans during the blackout.
